In the Dept. of Foreign Trade, we will periodically hold this kind of training.

Today, our foreign trade manager Selena showed us in daily communication with customers, how to more effectively follow up customers, building closer relationships with customers, grow up together with our clients.

She also shows us that the customer communication process should avoid some errors, thus reducing the time wasted, to provide customers with better service.
