An Automation Relay is an electromechanical or solid-state device designed to control electrical circuits in automation systems. It works by accepting an input control signal, such as a current or voltage, and activating a switch to control other devices in the system. The relay can either open or close contacts in a circuit, allowing it to control the flow of electricity to devices like motors, lights, solenoids, or other machinery.
