    What are Relay Components?
    A relay is an electrically operated switch that allows one circuit to control another circuit. Essentially, it acts as an intermediary component that enables a small current to switch a larger current on or off, often without direct contact between the circuits. A typical relay consists of several key components, including a coil, contacts, an armature, a spring, and a casing.
    Coil: The coil is a wire wound into a coil shape, and it is this part of the relay that, when energized, generates a magnetic field. The magnetic field pulls or pushes the armature, which, in turn, causes the contacts to either close or open, depending on the relay’s design.
