Traditional Chinese New Year

Traditional Chinese New Year

The Chinese New Year is the most important festival in China. According to the Chinese lunar calendar, it is January 1st. This is Chinese New Year's Day, so usually one month before the festival, people start buying food and houses for decoration. Every family gathers together for dinner, chatting and watching TV almost all night. Children are the happiest because they can get gifts from their parents or grandparents. On New Year's Day of the Lunar New Year, people will eat dumplings. Their neighbors or friends will say: "Happy New Year!" The New Year celebration will last about half a month.

Our Meishuo team wishes everyone good health in 2021 and a better career.
